Business and Construction Litigation
Our success in business and construction litigation comes from a balance of years of experience and the willingness to apply novel legal theories. Whether it’s finding indications of differing site conditions hidden in a contract, or imposing liens on fiber-optic cable conduits, we won’t rest until we know we’ve exhausted every avenue for our client. Our business and construction trial experience has led us to state and federal courts in Washington, Hawaii, Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Texas, and arbitrations in the United Kingdom.
Employment Advice and Litigation
